Job responsibilities:
1. Have the ability to plan products and understand customer needs, and be able to plan product development based on clinical and customer needs, as well as market trends;
2. Cooperate with the sales department to develop product strategies suitable for channels and customers, explore product selling points and formulate sales policies, and support the completion of product training and application;
3. Monitor and analyze market data for product launch, timely grasp the sales situation of the company's product market, explore product value, plan promotion priorities for different stages of the product, and continuously optimize and improve;
4. Collect competitor information, provide feedback on the company's product market information, regularly prepare product data reports, and provide information support for the company's strategic development decisions;
5. Organize the company team and resources to cultivate, develop, and maintain product KOLs.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in ophthalmic optics;
2. More than 1 year of market work experience in defocus/OK lens products is preferred;
3. Possess good business analysis, abstraction, logic, and cross team communication skills;
4. Have a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, and have a certain ability to withstand pressure;
5. Able to establish and maintain a good network of expert channels and resources.
