Job Description：

1. Responsible for developing and maintaining market customers in the region under its jurisdiction, implementing company sales policies and plans;

2. Responsible for the operation and management of regional channels, establishing comprehensive regional sales strategies, and achieving the company's quarterly/annual assessment goals;

3. Having a comprehensive and accurate understanding of market industry information and various market information of competitors;

4. Establish good cooperative relationships with customers and expand customer sales channels.

Job requirements

1. College degree or above, major in marketing, management, biology, medicine or related fields;

2. Having more than three years of experience in cosmetics sales, able to independently complete market promotion plans, with keen market insight and judgment abilities;

3. Familiar with the cosmetics market and sales models, with certain resources in beauty salon lines and distributors, with experience in market research and promotion, and priority given to having resources in provincial agencies, beauty salon lines, and plastic surgery hospitals at all levels;

4. Understand the regulations of the cosmetics industry.
