Job Description：

1. Responsible for researching new technologies and ensuring technological leadership;

2. Responsible for the overall scheme design of the optical part in product development, completing the research and development work of the optical part, and writing relevant documents to ensure development quality.

3. Responsible for tolerance analysis and root cause analysis of the optical part.

4. Responsible for selecting and applying optical components based on the optical requirements proposed by the product.

5. Complete the collection of experimental data, analyze the results based on the experiments, and prepare technical documents and related documents such as research reports, optical circuit diagrams, etc.

6. Responsible for project patent application, guiding project team members to prepare technical documents for patent application;

7. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

Job requirements：

1. Majors in optical engineering, optical physics, and related fields, with a master's degree or above. Experienced individuals may have a higher degree.

2. Understand the technical requirements for outsourced processing of optical systems and components, and propose solutions for the detection of systems and components.

3. Proficient in the basic principles of optics, familiar with comprehensive knowledge of optical components, engineering technology, and design technology.

4. Proficient in optical design theory and methods, including physical optics, geometric optics, imaging optics, etc.

5. Capable of independently carrying out optical design work and proficient in using optical design software such as Zemax.

6. Having a certain knowledge of optical device processing, able to use design software such as CAD and Solidworks;

7. Good English reading ability.
