Job Description：

1. Responsible for the development, management, and application of medical device research and development projects;

2. Responsible for writing and applying for related topics and patents;

3. Complete the optical design of the product and test and evaluate the optical performance of the R&D samples.

4. Collaborate with the legal quality department, clinical department, and marketing department to systematically analyze the optical performance of the product.

5. Provide process guidance during production conversion and assist in completing product conversion.

Job requirements：

1. Master's degree in science and engineering (physics related majors are preferred) or above, and outstanding individuals with experience in optometry may have their educational requirements relaxed;

2. Strong language and writing skills, excellent logical thinking ability.

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
